Mililani Mauka in the Residents Directory

Mililani Mauka is the hillside half of the Mililani planned community. It sits on the mauka (inland) side of H-2 in Central Oahu. Though it shares the Mililani name, Mililani Mauka has its own lawmaker and school attendance zones. State Senate District 17 covers Mililani Mauka along with Waipio Acres, Launani Valley, Wahiawa, and Whitmore Village. That is a different district from Mililani Town (District 18).

Mililani Mauka does not run its own city hall or clerk. All public record work goes through county or state desks. The City and County of Honolulu keeps tax, permit, and zoning files. The state judiciary keeps court data. The state Department of Health issues vital records for the area.

Note: Mililani Mauka is newer than Mililani Town, so most land files sit in the state Bureau of Conveyances online system that goes back to 1976.
